Steve Bicknell. I have been a successful instructor for 5 years, teaching people of all ages between 17 and 80, from many different backgrounds and cultures. I have taught people with learning difficulties - I explain things clearly. I have been told that I am very patient and professional (recommendations can be supplied). I am a DIA Member and a DSA Approved Instructor (Car) with a very high 1st time pass rate.

The cars:

Mitsubishi Colt cz2 DID 1.5 turbo diesel with dual controls. The car is easy to drive with good visability and high standards in safety.

Also a Nissan Micra 1.1 litre automatic.

Your needs:

I can teach you Safe driving for life and can also do refresher lessons;

To pass your driving test (including assistance with theory);

To Pass Plus standard;

To drive safely on Motorways;

To prepare for the Advanced driving test;

To improve your driving skills to avoid getting points on your licence.

My aim:

To give you good value, and to get you driving as soon as possible, as my reputation depends on it!

How long will it take?

To give you an idea the Driving Standards Agency say the average 17 year old requires 40 hours tuition to reach driving test standard, as you get older it may take longer. May be less with private practice with friends or relatives.
